    Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report two cases of Korean medicine treatment on the effects of folliculitis, which has been difficult to treat with antibiotics.
    Methods: Case 1 was a 27-year-old male, and Case 2 was a 40-year-old male with folliculitis. Both patients received acupuncture, pharmacopuncture and herbal medicine and so on. Skin findings regarding papules, pustules, and nodules were evaluated, and photographs were taken before, during, and after treatment.
    Results: Skin findings were reduced visually and the KAGS Grade was decreased from 3 to 1(case1, case2). Conclusion: It is expected that oriental medicine treatment will be effective and beneficial for folliculitis.
