노인의 성 인식과 성교육 수요가 성공적인 노화에 미치는 영향|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

노인의 급증과 초고령화 시대는 다양한 노인관련 사회문제와 복지문제가 수반된다. 그 문제들 중 노인의 성문제는 노인들의 삶에 대한 만족도 부분에서 상당히 많은 부분을 저하시키는 원인이 되고 있다. 따라서 건강한 노인기와 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위한 성복지 차원의 프로그램을 개발하여 적극적으로 도입할 필요성이 있으며 이를 위해 노인 성교육 관련 프로그램의 방향성과 노인의 성 인식의 내용과 수준, 성공적인 노화를 위한 적극적인 연구의 필요성이 제기된다.
이와 같은 연구의 필요성을 바탕으로 서울시와 경기지역에 거주하는 재가노인 중 65세 이상의 남녀 노인 300명을 대상으로 조사한 후 281부의 유효한 설문지를 이용하여 분석한 결과, 노인들의 개인적 특성에 따라 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 변수 간에 서로 영향관계에 있으며 노인들이 인식하는 성 인식과 성교육 수요, 성공적 노화 사이에는 자기효능감이 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구는 노인의 성 인식과 성교육 수요에 따른 성공적 노화의 관계를 규명하고자 하였으며 성 인식 및 성교육 수요와 성공적 노화의 영향관계 사이에서 자기효능감의 매개적 역할의 영향관계를 살펴봄으로써 타 연구와 차별화를 시도하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The rapid increase of elderly and super-aged society brings various social and welfare issues of the elderly today. Among the elderly issues, the issues on sexuality became a cause of reducing the large part of life satisfaction.
Thus, it is necessary to develop and actively introduce the program on sexual welfare to increase life satisfaction and healthier way to spend the aged period. Therefore, the necessity of the active study raised on the direction of sex education-related programs, the contents and its level of perception of sexuality, and the successful aging for elder-ly.
Based on the necessity of the study, the results obtained by analyzing the mediating effect of self-efficacy from 281 valid survey papers on the effects on successful aging from the perception of sexuality and demands for sex education targeting 300 elderly aged 65 or above. The result of the survey showed self-efficacy has the mediating ef-fect among the perception of sexuality in elderly, demands for sex education and suc-cessful aging.
This study is to show the relationship between the perception of sexuality in elderly and demands for sex education with successful aging. This study attempted the differ-entiation with other studies by examining the effective relationship of mediating role in self-efficacy among the effective relationship of the perception of sexuality, demands for sex education and successful aging.
