복막에 발생한 원발성 악성 혼합 뮬러리안 종양 1예 = One Case of Primary Malignant Mixed Mullerian tumor of the Pelvic Peritoneum

국문 초록 (Abstract)

악성 혼합 뮬러리안 종양(Malignant mixed mullerian tumors, MMMT)은 암종과 육종 성분으로 혼합 구성된 종양으로 정의된다. 여성에서 생식기 외에서 발생하는 MMMT는 세계적으로 약 32예가 보고된 매우 드문 질환이다. 저자들은 최근 복막에 발생한 원발성 MMMT 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
