『법과 사회』 교과서의 적합성에 관한 연구 -7차 사회과 교육과정과의 관계를 중심으로- = A study on the pertinency of the Law and Society textbook -Focused on relationship with 7th National Curriculum of Social Studies-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze `Law and Society` textbook in the relationship with the 7th National Curriculum of Social Studies. For this purpose, this study analyze the organizational system and content of textbook. Organizational system analysis was performed all over textbook and content analysis was performed focusing on the type of statement and `inquiry activity` in the Ⅲ. Social Life and Law. Results of study are as follows; Organizational system of textbook was almost same figure with preceding textbook with the exception of introduction of element that supply various examples. Learning content consisted of factual knowledge which was arranged fragmentarily and superficially. And there were a few problems in selection subject matter of `inquiry activity`. In conclusion, `Law and Society` textbook has left much to be desired which embody revision orientation and content in 7th National Curriculum of Social Studies. Therefore we have to strive for development of `Law and Society` textbook which considered revision orientation and content of 7th National Curriculum of Social Studies, in educational contexts which textbook is important in school education(law-related education), teaching-learning process, and learning materials.
