2025 대한민국 디지털 비즈니스 트렌드 인식조사: 학계와 산업계의 다양한 목소리를 들어보다 = 2025 Korea Digital Business Trend Study: Listening to Voices from Academia and Industry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

2025년은 전 지구적인 격변의 시기로, 기후 위기, 정치적 불안, 새로운 기술의 창발로 인해 비즈니스불확실성이 크게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변화 속에서 위기에 대응하고자 유연성을 높이고, 혁신 역량강화하며 최신의 기술 트렌드를 빠르게 평가하여 대응해야 할 긴급한 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 국내외주요 컨설팅 기관을 중심으로 디지털 비즈니스 트렌드가 제시되고 있으나 검증 절차의 객관성과 투명성이제한적이며 학계의 관점이 충분히 반영되지 않은 탓에 내용의 신뢰성과 타당성에 대한 충분한 검토가미흡한 측면이 있다. 이러한 필요성에 대해 본 연구는 실증 절차를 통해 한국의 디지털 비즈니스환경을 분석하고 2025년에 주목할 디지털 비즈니스 트렌드를 제시하고자 한다. 국내외 ICT 시장 전망을종합적으로 검토하고, 다양한 전문가들의 의견을 수렴하여 객관적이고 심도 있는 분석을 제공한다는점에서 본 연구는 기업 연구소나 개인 연구자가 수행한 트렌드 연구와 차별화된다. 문헌 연구를 통해도출된 후보 트렌드는 산업계와 학계 전문가로 구성된 패널을 통해 논의되었으며 213명의 학계 및기술 공급․수요 기업 관계자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 인공지능 중심 사회 전환을 위한 최우선과제를 평가하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The year 2025 marks a period of global upheaval, characterized by climate crises, political instability, and the emergence of new technologies, significantly increasing business uncertainty. To navigate these challenges, organizations must enhance flexibility, strengthen innovation capabilities, and rapidly assess and adapt to the latest technological trends. While major consulting firms worldwide have proposed digital business trends, the objectivity and transparency of their validation processes remain limited, and academic perspectives are often insufficiently incorporated. Consequently, the reliability and validity of these insights require more thorough examination. Addressing this gap, this study empirically analyzes South Korea’s digital business environment and identifies key digital business trends for 2025. By comprehensively reviewing global ICT market forecasts and incorporating expert opinions, this research provides an objective and in-depth analysis distinct from trend studies conducted by corporate research centers or independent researchers. The candidate trends derived from a literature review were discussed by a panel of industry and academic experts. Furthermore, a survey of 213 respondents from academia, technology providers, and business sectors was conducted to evaluate the top priorities for transitioning to an AI-driven society.
