사회복지조직에서의 질적평가 활용방안 = 현상학적 자기평가방법을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The phenomenological self evaluation methodology is one of the qualitative research methodologies, and the purpose of this research study is to show how to collect data and to use the method of phenomenological reduction. This research provides four stages of phenomenological reduction and applies real cases. Even though phenomenological self evaluation methodology can be applied to administration for social welfare organization, this research study has some limitations. However, this phenomenological self evaluation methodology of qualitative research suggests the method of inquiry that seeks to understand social work practices.
