This study is performed to develop the instructional model for discussion. In Korean culture it is not ordinal to argue to resolve problems. Korean seems not to argue against the others because they think it would hurt them. So even though we have the situation needed discussion, we never discuss. In democratic society, it is necessary to discuss with others about the present problem.
Three instructional models are developed, value-conflict model, decision-making model and problem-solving model. And three examples of model are presented. Each model has the unique purpose and they should be performed according to their purposes. Each model might stress the teacher's different role from model to model and children in class might act differently too.
