영성증진 훈련프로그램의 개발 = Development of the Spirituality Improvement Training Program

Study 1 explored and analyzed the contents of the spirituality improvement training programs accoding to the six factors of spirituality. The spirituality improvement program was developed based on this preliminary research. The study 2 implemented the spirituality improvement training program to the student groups how it impacted on their spirituality, self-esteem, social support, and well-being. As results, theatment group showed improvement of spirituality and self-esteem social support, well-being than control group. The implications of this study is to construct six factors constituting spirituality, to developed spirituality improvement training programs based on this constructs and to testify the effect of the programs on spirituality and self-esteem social support, well-being.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 영성의 구성요소를 삶의 의미/ 목적, 내적 자원, 연결성, 초월성, 자각, 자비심으로 분류한다. 연구 1에서는 영성의 구성요인을 토대로 영성증진 훈련프로그램의 내용을 탐색하고 구체화한 후, 프로그램을 예비실시하고 효과를 측정한 결과, 영성증진 훈련프로그램에 참가한 사람들은 영성의 각 차원에서 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 보였다. 이 예비연구를 바탕으로 프로그램을 수정 보완하여 영성증진 훈련프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구 2에서는 영성프로그램이 영성, 자기존중감, 사회적 지지, 삶의 질에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램 실시 전과 실시 후, 그리고 추적 검사(3, 6개월)를 시행한 결과, 처치집단은 통제집단에 비하여 영성, 자기존중감, 사회적 지지, 삶의 질의 척도에서 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 보였으며, 3개월, 6개월 후에 실시한 추적 평가에서도 그 효과가 유지되고 있어 영성증진 훈련프로그램은 지속적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 의의는 여섯 차원의 영성 구성요인을 토대로 영성 훈련프로그램을 개발하였으며, 영성증진 훈련프로그램이 영성, 자기존중감, 사회적 지지, 삶의 질에 긍정적 효과가 지속적으로 유지되고 있음을 검증하였다는 점이다.
