자폐아동과 어머니의 사회성 기술 증진에 미치는어머니-매개 사회적 상호훈련방법의 습득 및 일반화 효과

Acquisition and Generalized Effects of Mother-Implemented Social Interactive Training on Social Skills of Preschool Children with Autism and Their Mothers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 일상적인 놀이 환경 내에서 상호체계적인 이론을 배경으로 Klinger와 Dawson에 의해서 개발된 사회적 상호훈련방법(예: 모방하기, 자연 발생적인 강화제의 사용, 반응시간 지연법, 놀이 환경조성 방법 등)의 어머니에 의한 적용이 (1) 언어 발달 이전 초기 발달단계에 속하는 자폐아동의 조기 사회성 행동의 습득에 미치는 효과와 (2) 훈련에 참여한 어머니가 자폐아동과 상호작용함에 있어서 사회성 기술의 일반화된 변화(반응 일반화)에 미치는 효과를 살펴보고자 수행하였다. 발달장애아동을 위한 조기교육프로그램에 다니고 있는 3명의 자폐아동과 어머니가 연구대상으로 참여하였으며, 자폐아동의 조기 사회성 행동의 습득은 사건기록방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 어머니 행동의 반응 일반화는 행동평정 척도 내 12개의 어머니 상호작용 행동을 기초선-중재로 나누어 비교분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 (1) 일상적인 놀이 활동 내에서의 사회적 상호훈련방법의 실시는 모든 대상아동의 조기 사회성 행동(시선맞춤, 행동모방)의 자의적인 사용을 의미 있게 증가시켰다. (2) 어머니-매개 사회적 상호훈련방법을 습득한 후, 자폐아동의 어머니는 아동에게 더욱 긍정적인 감정과 성취행동, 민감한 반응을 보였으며, 덜 지시적으로 반응하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로, 중증 자폐아동의 복합적인 조기 사회성 행동의 사용을 촉진시키기 위하여 조기중재 프로그램의 교육적인 내용을 구안하는데 필요한 실제적인 시사점을 제공해 주고자 논의하였다.<주제어> 자폐아동, 조기 사회성 행동, 시선맞춤, 행동모방, 어머니-매개 중재, 사회적 상호훈련방법, 반응 일반화, 조기중재프로그램
