초·중등학교의 1교 1스포츠 활동에 관한 문화기술적 연구 = An Ethnographic Study on the “One school One sport” Activity in Schools

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 스포츠 활동 활성화와 평생스포츠 활동의 기틀을 마련하기 위한 초·중등학교의 1교 1스포츠 활동의 현장 실천 사례와 효과를 제시함으로써 1교 1스포츠 활동을 전국단위로 보급하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 충청남도에 소재한 O초등학교 3학년부터 6학년까지 학생들에게 1교 1스포츠 활동으로 3년간 티볼을 지도하면서 참여관찰과 비 참여관찰, 심층면담을 통한 문화기술적 연구를 수행하였다. 자료 수집과 분석 과정은 Morgan(2002)이 제시하고 있는 ``주제별 집단면담``과 Strauss와 Corbin(1998)이 개발한 개방적 코딩, 중추적 코딩, 선택적 코딩으로 자료를 분석하였으며, 다각도 접근법, 구성원간검토, 전문가 협의를 통해 진실성을 높이고자 하였다. 연구의 결과에서 실천 사례는 첫째, 학교 운동부 연계프로그램을 통한 운영, 둘째, 체육 교수-학습 프로그램을 통한 운영, 셋째, 마일리지제 및 인증제 프로그램을 통한 운영, 넷째, 교내 대회 추진을 통한 운영 중점에 맞추어 제시하였으며, 각각의 운영 중점에 따른 실천사례의 효과를 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to offer basic data necessary for distributing the one school one sport activity nationwide by proposing the field practice cases and effect of the one school one sport activity in elementary, middle and high schools in order to promote sports activities and to prepare the framework of the lifetime sports activity. With this aim, the study taught as one school one sport activity how to play tea ball to students in the third to sixth grades in O Elementary School located in Chungcheongnam-do for three years, and conducted ethnographic study through participant observation, non-participant observation, and in-depth interview. For the data collection and analysis process, the study analyzed data with the ‘focus group interview’ proposed by Morgan(2002) and open coding, axial coding, and selective coding which were developed by Strauss and Corbin(1998). Also, the study tried to raise truthfulness through triangulation, member checking, and auditing. From the results of the research, practice cases were proposed by focusing on the following four operation focuses: first, a connective program with the sports club in school, second, teaching and learning program of PE associated program, third, a mileage system and certification system associated program, and fourth, the pursuit of competitions in school. Furthermore, the study proposed the effect of practice cases in accordance with each of the operation focuses.
