      This subject describes the Characteristics of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance music from first stage of the Christian Chant through the Ages of Troubalour, Trouvere Burgundy school, epecially for the development of Polyphonic music which occupied an unrivalled position on the Music History.
      At the same time reviewed for the developmental progression of the Polyphonic style through the three important names; Perotinus, Machaut, Dufay.
      In the conclusion, refered to the influence of the Middle Ages and Renaissance music upon the whole History of Western music.
