고대서원교육의 화합철학 가치차원에 관한 토론 = Discuss the value dimensions of academies education & harmonious Philosophy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

학계에 전통서원연구가 여러 측면, 다각도로 진행해 왔지만 서원교육에 숨겨져 있는 화합(和合)철학가치에 대한 탐구는 관심을 받지 못하였다. 서원 학규를 설정하는 것은 윤리의 규범화로 사람의 행동을 규제하고 인간의 덕성을 증진시키는 것이 그 목적이다. 서원 악교(樂敎)제도의 확립은 인간의 마음을 정화시키고, 도덕을 함양하는데 큰 기여를 한다. 그리고 서원장정(章程)의 설립은 위에서 서원 산장부터 아래로 서원 생도까지 모두 수신을 본으로 삼는다는 취지를 나타내 있다. 이처럼 고대서원의 장정(章程)이나 학규, 악교(樂敎)제도 등 교육제도의 설립은 모두 수신을 기본 취지로 삼아 덕을 두터이 닦고 예를 숭상하며 그 근저에 숨어져 있는 화합의 철학가치를 드러낸다.

The academia has discussed traditional academy by ways of multi-level, multi-angle, But it ignores the discussion on the philosophy of the harmonious value for the invisible college education. The establishment of Academy’s Rules as a normative ethics to regulate Behavior of Human and its aimed at o promote man's virtue; The Formation of academia music education system, to purify people's minds and it is contributed for human moral education also the regulations of academia is good for master and students. The formulation of academia's education systems based on cultivate moral characters and integrity ritual, Which is revealing invisible philosophy values.
