요트마리나 입지요인 도출과 중요도 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 요트마리나 항만의 입지결정에 중요한 요소를 찾아내고 향후 지방정부의 요트마리나 사업 관련 정책결정시 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 이론적 검토와 전문가 면접조사를 통하여 2개의 상위요인과 11개의 하위요인 및 50개의 세부요인을 찾아내어 제주특별자치도 지역을 한정하여 제주도민 및 요트관광객을 대상으로 설문을 실시 하였고, 이를 분석한 결과 해상안전에 대한 중요도와 지역의 경제성장 및 주민의 참여하는 개발이 되어야 한다는 결과를 도출하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to identify the significant factors for deciding yacht marina harbor location, and to use them for policy decision of a yacht marina project of local government. For this purpose, 2 top factors, 11 sub-factors and 50 specific factors were determined through a theoretical review and specialist interviews. This was followed by a questionnaire survey given to residents of Jeju and yacht tourists within the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province only. The results showed that marine safety is significant and the development must be made for local economic growth and by the participation of local residents.
