자연휴양림 내 야영장 시설운영 및 이용현황 = Status of Usage and Operation of Camp Grounds Facilities in Recreational Forests

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자연휴양림 내 야영장 이용이 급격히 증가하는 야영수요와 안전·위생관리 미비에 대처하기 위하여 총 162개 자연휴양림 중 야영장 면수가 50면 이상을 가진 27개소를 선정하여 시설현황 및 이용현황을 문헌 및 현장조사 하였다. 관련 법규 및 제도에서는 야영장업 신청 및 등록 절차를 관광진흥법에 명시되었으나, 소관부처 및 법률 등이 매우 복잡하고 다양한 야영장 유형으로 관리가 분산되어 있고, 체계적인 시설안전 및 위생관리를 위한 관리 시스템 구축과 이를 뒷받침할 제도정비가 요구된다. 시설이용 및 운영에서는 대부분 비수기(평일)와 성수기(주말)의 사용료가 동일하며, 야영장 데크 표준규격이 없이 다양하게 설치되어 사용료 기준도 다양하게 나타났는데, 이에 대한 정비가 필요하다고 판단된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To cope with the rapidly increasing demand for camping and to fill the gap in safety and hygiene management of camp grounds in recreational forests, field and documentary surveys of the facilities and usage were made to 27 recreational forests having more than 50 campsites which were selected from among 162 onces across the country. Although the procedures for application and registration of the business for Camp Grounds are stipulated in the Law Governing Tourism Promotion, concerned departments to take charge of management are diverse, related regulations are extremely complicated and the way of management is different by various types of campsites. It is thus requested to streamline the management system to ensure the systematic control of safety and hygiene of the facilities. With regard to usage and operation of the facilities, it was made known that the same rates of fees are charged by most campsites for users on weekdays (less-demand season) and weekend (high-demand season). Because there is no standardized specification for installing the decks in camp grounds, they are constructed in varying forms and fees are fixed differently for which it is esteemed measures should be taken.
