장애근로자 재택근무 생산성 증진을 위한 디지털 치료제 활용 가능성 연구 = A Study on the Feasibility of Using Digital Therapeutics to Improve the Productivity of Disabled Workers Working from Home

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 저출산 및 평균수명 증가로 인해 급격한 고령화가 예정되어 있는 한국의 노동생산성 저하에 대한 대안으로써 장애근로자의 재택근무 생산성 향상에 주목하였다. 노동인구 감소와 더불어 장애인 비율 증가로 인해 장애근로자들의 고용기회 증대 및 생산성 향상은 국가의 미래 경쟁력에 불가피한 선택일 수밖에 없기 때문에, 장애근로자들의 고용 기회 및 생산성 증진을 위해 재택근무 환경의 확대는 필수적이다. 장애근로자 재택근무 생산성을 저하시키는 요인인 직무 스트레스 완화에 자원을 투입할 필요성이 있다. 장애근로자의 직무 특성, 장애 특성별 직무 스트레스와 증후군들을 조사, 분류, 유형화하고 현재 상용화되고 있는 XR 기술을 활용한 디지털 치료제들을 사례 분석함으로써 근무 생산성을 저해하는 직무 스트레스 요인을 방지 및 완화할 수 있는 디지털 치료제 활용 가능성을 제시하였다.

This study focused on improving the productivity of telecommuting for disabled workers as an alternative to the decline in labor productivity in Korea, which is expected to rapidly age due to low birth rates and increased life expectancy. As the labor force decreases and the proportion of disabled people increases, increasing employment opportunities and improving productivity for disabled workers is an inevitable choice for the future competitiveness of the country. Expanding the telecommuting environment is essential to increase employment opportunities and productivity for disabled workers. It is necessary to invest resources in alleviating job stress, which is a factor that reduces the productivity of disabled workers working from home. By investigating, classifying, and categorizing the job characteristics and job stress and syndromes of disabled workers by disability characteristics and analyzing cases of digital therapeutics utilizing XR technology currently being commercialized, the possibility of utilizing digital therapeutics that prevent and alleviate job stress factors that impede work productivity.
