This study explores mindfulness education strategies to enhance self-regulation skills among students in the digital age. To this end, we examined mental health issues in the digital age, reviewed the educational effects of mindfulness, and analyzed mindfulness education programs to derive implications. Through this analysis, we identified the necessity of a systematic module composition, the integration of elements specialized for the digital environment, and the expansion of moral practice capabilities. Based on these findings, we developed the “D-Mind Balance” program. This study is significant because it expands the scope of mindfulness education to include an approach that goes beyond emotional regulation and cultivates moral practice capabilities in the digital age.
