      The purpose of this study is to provide a renewal standard of interior space for the outworn high-rise office buildings The decrepit of high rise building which needs to correspond to the future demands has been examined can the basis of renewal factors and renewal methods for renewal elements such as planning, systemic, environmental, and structural The renewal standard is selected from the degree of necessity and difficulty
      The renewal standard is not an absolute one which can be applied to all outworn high-rise office buildings Instead, as presented through the crash study, the consideration on the ratio of rentable area and the degree of mechanical service need to he properly decided Furthermore, the degree of necessity has to be counted mote importantly than that of difficulty for a desirable renewal
