This study aimed to analyze the changes of curriculumi keyword in the tourism management at four-year universities in South Korea before and after the COVID-19 pandemic and to suggest directions for future curriculum improvement. Data from the 2019 and 2024 curricula were collected and analyzed through network analysis to compare the connectivity and centrality of course keywords. The results showed an increase in the number of courses and keywords in 2024 compared to 2019, with a significant expansion of practice-oriented courses and subjects related to digital technology, sustainability, and integrated education. Conversely, foreign language and traditional theory-based tourism courses were reduced or eliminated. Network analysis revealed that keywords such as "Tourism," "Theory," and "Hotel" consistently maintained centrality, while new keywords like "Smart," "Capstone Design," and "Hospitality" emerged as central nodes. These findings indicate a shift in the tourism management curriculum toward practical and digital-based education in response to industrial changes after the pandemic. This study provides significant implications for developing curricula that enhance practical competencies and foster integrative thinking in tourism management education.
