미래 교육의 발전을 위한 합동신학대학원대학교 신학 교육 평가

국문 초록 (Abstract)

합동신학대학원대학교는 ‘바른 신학, 바른 교회, 바른 생활’의 설립 이념 하에 지난 41년간 개혁 주의 신학을 중심으로 3천명에 가까운 목회자와 신학자와 선교사들을 훈련하고 배출해 왔다. 본 연구는 합동신학대학원대학교 설립 41주년을 맞아 졸업생들의 학교에 대한 인식 조사를 통해 학교의 신학 교육을 평가해 보았다. 동문들이 학교의 교육 과정과 내용에 대해 얼마나 만족하고 있는지, 또 급변하는 세상과 목회 현장에 적실한 교육이 이루어지고 있는지 조사하여 이를 근거로 향후 학교의 발전 방향에 대해 제안하였다. 2021년 6월 1일부터 30일까지 한 달 동안 설문을 받았고, 기간 내에 384명이 응답하여 표본 추출하였다. 이에 따라 표본 오차는 95% 신뢰 수준에서 ±4.5%로 측정되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It has been 40 years since Hapdong Theological Seminary opened in the midst of God’s will and guidance. Under the founding ideology of “Right Theology. Right Church, and Right Life,” Hapdong Theological Seminary has trained and produced nearly 3,000 pastors, theologians, and missionaries, focusing on reformed theology. This study evaluated the theological education of Hapdong Theological Seminary through a survey of graduates’ perceptions of the school to mark the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Hapdong Theological Seminary. Based on the survey, this study investigated how satisfied alumni are with the school’s curriculum and contents, and whether appropriate education is being provided in the rapidly changing world and ministry fields, and suggested future school development directions. The survey was conducted for a month from June 1st to 30th, 2021, and 384 people responded and were sampled within the period. Accordingly, the sampling error was measured at ±4.5% at the 95% confidence level.
