역량에 기반한 대학의 지적교육에 관한 탐색적 시론

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학의 지적(cadastre) 교육 현장에서 이슈화되고 있는 역량(competence) 기반의 교육환경 하에서 시대적 부합성에 대한 논의를 통한 공론화의 목적을 가진 성찰적, 탐색적 연구이다. 미래사회 인력 양성을 위한 ‘이론적 지식’ 보다는 ‘실천적 지식’을 강조하는 역량기반의 교육과정을 주요 대상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이론적 검토를 통한 논의를 진행하고 함의를 도출하였다. 이론적 검토로서는 ‘역량’과 관련한 체계 및 제 이론으로서 국가직무능력표준(NCS)과 역량(Competence)에 대하여 살펴 보았다. 그리고 논의를 위해 Dreyfus Model의 기술습득 5단계 모형 및 관련한 후속 논의들을 검토하였다. 그리고 이론적 논의를 토대로 교육내용 측면, 학업성취도 측면, Dreyfus Model이 지적교육 현장에 시사하는 점을 중심으로 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is a reflective and exploratory study with the purpose of public opinion through discussion on the appropriateness of the times under the competency-based educational environment, which is becoming an issue in the university"s cadastre education field. The main target is a competency-based curriculum that emphasizes ‘practical knowledge’ rather than ‘theoretical knowledge’ for nurturing human resources in the future society. Therefore, in this study, discussions were conducted through theoretical review and implications were drawn. As a theoretical review, the National Competence Standards (NCS) and Competence were examined as the systems and theories related to "competence". And for discussion, the 5-stage model of technology acquisition of the Dreyfus Model and related follow-up discussions were reviewed. And based on the theoretical discussion, the discussion was focused on the educational content aspect, the academic achievement aspect, and the implications of the Dreyfus Model in the field of cadastre education
