초대교회의 리더십 승계의 모델과 기능 -사도행전 1:9-11과 사회과학적 비평의 관점을 중심으로- = The Empowerment of Leadership in Acts 1:9-11 and the Socio-Political Context -Focusing on Perspectives of Social Scientific Criticism-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This essay aims to analyze types of leadership succession between Jesus and his disciples reflected in the ascension of Jesus in Acts 1:9-11, which rep-resents an ideal model of leadership succession in the New Testament. By comparing the empowering leadership of Jesus-disciples and that of Elijah-Elisha, this paper offers an innovative and novel model of leadership succession. There are some recent literatures, such as The Elijah-Elisha Narrative in the Competition of Luke, eds. by John S. Kloppenborg and Joseph Verheyden, which attempted to present new perspectives, but they still need further development. Specifically, previous studies by Joseph G. Kelly and other scholars provided sophisticated accounts of affinities and re-latedness between the leadership succession of Jesus-disciples and that of Elijah-Elisha, but they overlooked differences and special foci of the Luke-Acts. Therefore, this essay presents a rigorous comparative analysis be-tween the leadership succession of Jesus-disciples and that of Elijah-Elisha from social scientific perspectives.
