韓國의 社會福祉行政에 關한 硏究 = A Study of Social Welfare Administration in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Purpose of this article is to analyse social welfare administration in Korea and to improve social welfare strategy according to the result. Approaches of this study are as follows.
First of all, I have examined the concept of social welfare that several writers hold.
Second, I have investigated a developmental process on social welfare systems since a period of the 1945s. Finally, on the basis of the result to this study, I concluded as follows.
ⅰ) to set the preference of social welfare policy in parallel with economic growth policy.
ⅱ) On the first Condition, the total amount of national budget on this sector should be increased to activate, establish the rational social welfare planning, organizations, and delivery systems, and enlarge the professionalized personnel and social welfare service.
What becomes clear from this study is the fact that social welfare administration in Korea is loose. Therefore, the desirable policy on this sector must be considered.
