국문 초록 (Abstract)

프리미엄아웃렛은 도심외곽에 입지하여 소비자들의 소비패턴에 변화를 주고 있다. 이러한 프리미엄 아웃렛 개발 수요는 집객요인에 대한 연구의 중요성을 증대시키고 있다.
본 연구는 국내에서 개발되고 있는 프리미엄아웃렛을 정의와 그 개발 사례를 분석하고, 개발전문가와 소비자를 대상으로 집객요인에 대하여 AHP 분석을 실시하였다.
분석결과 소비자와 개발자 모두 ‘차량으로의 이동시간’을 가장 중요한 요소로 선택하였다. 다음으로 소비자는 ‘잡화’를 제일 중요한 요소로 전문가들은 ‘패션’을 가장 중요한 요소로 선택하였다. 이동시간에 대한 중요성은 이전의 국내 연구들과 동일한 결과가 나타났으나 테넌트 항목에 대한 중요성은 소비자와 개발자와의 차이가 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 매출액에 지대한 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 아웃렛 개발에서 보다 정교한 접근의 시사점을 제시한다.

1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
Premium Outlet, mostly located in the suburbs, changes the consumption pattern. With an increasing demand on premium outlet development, the importance of study on the factors drawing customers towards Premium Outlet’ is to the fore.

(2) RESEARCH METHOD
This study analyzes the definition and development cases of Premium Outlet developed in the country. Furthermore, AHP analysis based on development expertsand consumers was conducted.

(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS
The most important factor being selected by both consumers and development experts was ‘travel time by car’. On the other hand, consumer selected ‘retail’ as the most important type of tenant for the Premium outlet but development experts selected‘fashion’.

2. RESULTS
The result that the most important factor is the transit time is the same as previous studies. However, the important type of tenant for the Premium Outlet was different. These finding suggest more sophisticated implication in developing outlet.
