영상콘텐츠를 통한 창조적 장소이미지 구축 과정에 대한 연구 = A Study on Building Process of Creative Place Image through Visual Contents -Focusing on the case of 'Anime pilgrimage' in Japan-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

글로컬라이제이션(glocalization) 시대의 지역경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 고유의 문화적 가치창출을 통한 지속가능한 발전의 전략이 요구된다. 문화콘텐츠와 지역의 결합을 통한 문화적 지역재생의 실현은 좋은 콘텐츠가 지역의 경제적 이윤, 혹은 지역의 실질적 발전으로 이어지게 되는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 콘텐츠를 통한 장소이미지의 구축과 지역경쟁력 강화의 가능성에 대해 검토했다. 영상콘텐츠(특히, 애니메이션) 속에 재현된 장소를 통해 형성되는 장소이미지와 이를 통해 구축된 장소성을 활용한 새로운 지역이미지 구축의 가능성을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 기존의 장소이론에 대한 개념적인 정리를 시도했고, 구체적인 사례로 최근 일본에서 주목받고 있는 사례인 '아니메 성지순례(アニメ聖地巡礼)'를 선정했다. 이를 통해 문화콘텐츠에 반영된 지역의 장소가 실제 장소의 장소성으로 전환되는 과정을 개념화 시켰고, 이를 지역활성화로 연계하기 위한 접근방안을 모색했다.

For the regional competitiveness in the glocalization is required strategy for sustainable development through own cultural value creation. The realization by combination of culture contents and regions means that successful contents lead to the economic profits or the real development of regions. This thesis intends to examine a feasibility study for local image-building process and Improving of local competitiveness using culture contents. We researched the local image which is formed through the recreated places in visual contents and the feasibility for new local image. To achieve this, we have attempted to arrange the concept of place theories and examined an specific example, 'Anime pilgrimage(アニメ聖地巡礼)', which is an case that is emerging in Japan. In study, we conceptualized a process in which the location of the cultural content is converted to the actual placeness. Further, we sought access to approach that may be developed to regional revitalization.
