한중일 소재부품산업의 글로벌 가치사슬 변화 분석- 생산기술 구조를 중심으로 - = An Analysis on the Global Value Chain of the Parts Materials Industry in Korea, China, and Japan: Focusing on Production Technology Structure

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed changes in production technology structure of the Parts Materials Industry in Korea, China, and Japan, based on the concept of Global Value Chains. The empirical analysis used the Backward Linkage Effect of the international input-output analysis and the analysis period was set from 2000 to 2013.
As a result of analysis, during the analysis period, the Backward Linkage Effect on the partner countries of the Parts Materials Industry in Korea, China, and Japan changed drastically. In other words, it was observed that the Import dependency relationship among the three countries was further strengthened. This implies that the import dependence structure of the Korea-China-Japan’s Parts Materials industry has changed from the vertical division structure to the horizontal division structure.
In Korea, on the other hand, the dependency of production inducement is higher than that of China and Japan. This means that the value added due to the expansion of domestic Parts Materials production is being transferred more to China and Japan than in the past.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 글로벌 가치사슬의 개념을 도입하여 산업의 관점에서 한중일 소재부품산업의 생산기술 구조로 본 수입의존관계, 이른바 생산기술 연관관계의 변화를 투입계수와 레온티에프 승수를 통해 실증분석을 전개하였다. 분석기간은 2000년부터 2013년까지로 설정하였다.
분석 결과, 2000년부터 2013년에 걸쳐 한중일 소재부품산업의 상호간 후방연관효과는 크게 달라져, 3국간 생산기술의 연관관계에 큰 변화가 있었음이 관찰되었다. 이에 따라 제조업의 핵심인 소재부품산업에서 한중, 한일, 중일 간 수입의존 구조가 과거 일방향 의존구조에서 쌍방향 의존구조로 전환된 것이 확인되었다. 이른바 한중일 간 소재부품산업의 상대국에 대한 수입의존 구조가 수직적 분업체제에서 수평적 분업체제로 변화했음을 의미한다.
한편, 한국의 경우 한중일 3국 중 유일하게 상대국에 대한 생산유발효과가 상대적으로 높게 나타나, 국내 소재부품의 생산 증가에 따른 부가가치가 과거에 비하여 훨씬 크게 중국과 일본으로 이전되고 있는 것으로 관찰되었다.
