한국의 민간조사제도 필요성과 도입에 관한 연구 = Research regarding the necessity and adoption of Korea private detective system

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: Terrorism is no longer a matter of national counter-terrorism agency, but it has emerged as a problem that the members of the community should all consider about. As Uljin, Samcheok armed communist guerilla incident suggest us, without reporting intention of the community members, we will have to bear even more sacrifice and social costs. Methods: Hence, in order to prevent terrorism or various crimes, police or the counter-terrorism agency has to listen to the voices of community members, reflect their opinion into policy, recognize community members as one big community, collect and share various information with them and prevent terrorism in advance. Conclusion: Furthermore, regarding domestic sojourning foreigners, the community should eradicate illegal immigrants and prevent crimes toward foreigners caused by relative deprivation, through inducing voluntary report of illegal immigrants and educating business owners of employing foreign laborers.
