의료기기 관련기업과 산학협력의 성과에 미치는 영향요인 = The Determinants of Performance of an Industry-Academy Cooperation in the Medical Equipment Corporation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to draw partnership relationship and organizational properties as critical factors affecting performance of university-industry cooperation to determine how these factors affect performance of university-industry cooperation and relate to them and make an empirical analysis of how parameters affect performance of university-industry cooperation. After factor analysis for reliability and validity of measuring tools, the value was found to be similar to 0.7 or above in performance factors of university-industry cooperation, thus satisfying the reliability level; regression analysis was used to see relationship between independent and dependent variables, along with three-step mediated regression analysis to test mediation roles. After regression analysis of partnership relationship factors and performance factors of university-industry cooperation, it was found that there were positive (+) relationships with reliability, communication (network), goals, and role assignment while conflict resolution had no significant effect. Regression analysis of organizational property factors and performance factors of university-industry cooperation revealed that there were positive (+) relationships with all of support by the chief management, the will to develop, and efforts by companies for university-industry cooperation. Three-step mediated regression analysis revealed that both partnership relationships and organizational relations had positive, significant effects on performance of university-industry cooperation. Therefore, each of independent variables and parameters was found to have significant effects on dependent variables.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 산학협력의 성과에 영향을 미치는 결정적인 요소로서 파트너십 관계요인, 조직적 특성요인을 도출하여 이러한 요인들이 산학협력 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 삼는다.
측정도구의 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 위하여 요인분석 한 결과 산학협력 수행요인에서 0.7이상으로 나타나 신뢰수준을 만족한다는 사실을 확인하였고, 독립변수와 종속변수간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 회귀분석(Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 파트너십 관계요인과 산학협력 성과요인의 회귀분석 결과는 신뢰도, 의사소통(네트워크), 목표 및 역할분담은 양(+)의 관계를 가졌으나, 갈등의 해결은 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 조직적 특성요인과 산학협력 성과요인의 회귀분석 결과는 최고경영층지원, 개발의지, 산학협력을 위한 기업노력 모두 양(+)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 판명되었다.
따라서 각 독립변수는 종속변수에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
