지방정부와 시민간의 PR관계성분석과 관리 - 대구광역시를 중심으로 - = Relationship Measurement and Management between Local Government and Citizen about Local Administration PR -Especially Daegu Metropolitan City-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to analyze empirically the relationships variables between local government and citizen in Daegu Metroplitan city.
According to the result of research, analyze the major relationship varialles to distinguish the Local Autonomy that is, integritical trust and commitment variables as higher estimatetion, satisfaction and intimacy/familarity variables as lower estimation.
To define relationship variables between local government and citizen in two Autonomy, this research adopts considerables major relationship variables. as satisfaction and intimacy/familarity variables.
This paper observes how local governance PR has been, and should be, working together with professional, personal, and community relationship management in Daegu Metropolitan City.
We have the complications so as, the positive relationships as integritical trust and commitment, the negitive relationships as satisfaction and intimacy/familarity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 일반 PR연구를 행정PR에 적용하여, 행정조직과 시민간의 PR관계성 측정 및 관리에 초점을 두고 분석하였다.
분석결과 대구광역시는 만족성, 능력적 신뢰성, 친밀·친숙성 등의 PR 관계성 변인들이 낮게 측정되었으므로 이를 향상시키기 위하여 행정기관 및 시민들의 제반 노력이 필요한 것으로 사료된다. 즉, 연구 분석결과를 참조, 행정조직과 시민 양자간의 신뢰·지지 협조관계를 위해 첫째, 만족성 PR관계성 변수의 낮은 측정결과를 향상시키기 위한 젊은 세대와 자영업자 및 소외계층 등의 대구광역시에 대한 이해를 위해 공무원 인턴쉽의 확대와 장려, 시정설명회, 시장과의 간담회 및 토론회 등이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, 능력적 신뢰성이라는 관계성 고양을 위해 공무원의 전문적 능력 향상을 위한 연수교육의 적절성 확보와 더불어 전문적인 Task force제의 활용을 제안하고자 한다. 셋째, 친밀·친숙성의 PR관계성 정도를 개선하기 위해서는 시민참여 기회의 확대와 공개행정, 열린 시정을 통한 친밀·친숙성 확보와 공무원의 친절·청렴의무의 계속적인 관리, 행정서비스의 신속·정확한 처리 등의 노력이 보다 강조될 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다.
