      Rehabilitation sports is physical activities performed before the start of sports for all after the end of rehabilitation treatment.
      Rehabilitation sports for stroke can be operated in various forms, such as the interest in motivation and application of competitive factors in existing exercise programs. In addition, it is expected that the improvement of the quality of life can be expected through the maximization of the exercise effect and the flexible integration with sports for all departments, and it will be connected to sports for all after discharge and will be helpful for the rapid return to society. This study aims to develop combined exercise-based rehabilitation sports that combine circuit training and new sports program and verify the clinical effect as a preliminary step to improve physical ability and advance to sports for all stroke living in the community. Twenty-two people with stroke were divided into an exercise group and a control group, and the program was conducted for 60 minutes/1 sessions three times a week for a total of eight weeks. As a result, lower extremity muscle strength (non-affected side, affected side), upper extremity muscle strength, endurance, balance, and agility were significantly improved. The newly attempted development of a combined exercise-based rehabilitation sports program has a positive effect on the improvement of physical function and is expected to have a positive impact on the development of specialized rehabilitation sports intervention programs in the future.
