Sump 증후군에 동반된 위석에 의한 소장폐색 1예 = A Case of Small Intestinal Obstruction due to Bezoars Accompanied with Sump Syndrome

국문 초록 (Abstract)

Sump 증후군은 주로 측측 총담관장연결술(side to side choledochoenterostomy)을 받은 환자에서 드물게 발생하는 후기 합병증의 하나로 연결 원위부의 총담관 말단부에 음식 찌꺼기, 담석, 담즙 찌꺼기 등이 축적되어 발열이나 복통 등의 증상을 나타내는 질환이다. 위석은 위, 소장 내에서 여러 가지 물질이 혼합되어 응고물을 형성한 것으로 기계적 자극이나 폐색으로 인한 증상을 나타낸다. 문헌상으로는 sump 증후군에 위석이 동반되고, 또한 위석으로 인하여 소장 폐색까지 유발한 경우는 보고된 적이 없다. 저자들은 과거에 담석으로 담낭절제술, 총담관결석 제거술과 총담관십이지장연결술을 받았던 환자에서 여러 개의 재발된 총담관결석과 소장 폐색을 유발한 십이지장 위석이 동반되었던 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.
