면천(沔川)군수 박지원(朴趾源)의 활동과 체험 = A study on the Activity and experience of `Park Ji-Won(朴趾源)` when he was country govener in `Myeoncheoneupseong(沔川邑城)`

This paper is research on the Activity and experience of Park Ji-Won(朴趾源) when he was country govener in Myeoncheoneupseong Fortress(唐津沔川邑城). `Park Ji- Won(朴趾源) was the important literary man in 18 century in the Zosun(朝鮮) dynasty. When he visited BeiJing in 1980, he wrote `YUL HA IL GYI(熱河日記)`. And this book is very popular among scholar partly because it is very similar narrative[敍事]. King Jeong-jo(正祖) was the 22nd ruler of the Joseon Dynasty of Korea showed a special interest about his writing. King Jeong-jo(正祖) asked Park Ji-Won(朴趾源) to write books which based on classical chinese word as a substitutingly of `YUL HA IL GYI(熱河日記)`. Because `YUL HA IL GYI(熱河日記) is very similar to vernacular Chinese. So Park Ji-Won(朴趾源) wrote some books such as GuaNongSoCho(課農小抄) During he was on duty as a country govener in Myeoncheoneupseong Fortress [唐津沔川邑城], `Park Ji-Won(朴趾源) conciliate Catholic not to become a Catholic. He did not willing to punish them, and it was the entrusted meaning of King Jeong-jo. Even though his writing is not abundant during this time, to underestand what he had he done because he was more than 60.
