청소년 약물남용 선별도구(CRAFFT)의 타당화 연구 = Validation of a Korean Version of the CRAFFT for Screening Substance-abusing Adolescents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

알코올 및 약물남용 분야에서는 선별도구가 자주 사용되기 때문에 선별도구의 필요성을 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않는다. 본 연구는 약물남용 청소년을 선별하기 위해서 간편하게 사용할 수 있는 CRAFFT의 한국어판을 개발하는데 목적을 둔다. CRAFFT는 타 선별도구에 비해 선별능력이 뛰어난 도구이지만 객관적 검증절차를 거치지 않은 채 국내에서 사용되고 있다. 또한, CRAFFT는 알코올과 약물문제를 모두 선별하는 도구이나 국내 연구들은 CRAFFT를 음주문제만을 선별하는 도구로 사용하였다. 본 연구는 CRAFFT의 취지를 살려 각 문항에서 음주와 약물문제를 측정할 수 있도록 번역하였고, 한국어판 CRAFFT의 선별기능을 중·고등학생을 대상으로 평가하였다. 한국어판 CRAFFT의 내적 일관성 신뢰도 (α=.70)는 영어판 CRAFFT의 내적 일관성 신뢰도(α=.68)와 비슷한 수준으로 나타났고, 한국어판 CRAFFT는 폭음, 흡연, 약물남용과 정적인 상관관계를 보여 이 도구의 수렴타당도 또한 확보되었다. 선별도구에 대한 평가에서 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 민감도와 특이도를 계산하고 ROC 곡선을 분석한 걸과 가장 이상적인 절단점수는 1점으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The development of screening instruments is very important in the field of substance abuse because they are often used. The purpose of this study is to develop the Korean version of CRAFFT which is a well-known screening instrument widely used to identify adolescents with a risk of substance abuse. A total of 1,051 middle school and high school students residing in a medium-sized city in Gyeonggi province participated in this study. The internal consistency reliability of the Korean version of CRAFFT was .70 which was a little higher than the reliability (=.68) of the English version of CRAFFT. There were statistically significant positive correlation between the Korean version of CRAFFT and theoretically related variables, which indicates it has convergent validity. While the English version of CRAFFT was performed best at a cutoff score of 2 or higher, its Korean version demonstrated an optimal performance at a cutoff score of 1.
