방범환경설계(CPTED)에 대한 생활안전의식 비교 연구 = Survey for Comparative Community Safety to Crime Prevention Through Environment(CPTED) -focus on planed Newtown and redevelopment districts in Seoul

국문 초록 (Abstract)

방범환경설계가 우리나라 뉴타운 지역에 적용되고 있고 앞으로는 재개발예정 지구에도 도입될 추세이다. 현재 적용되고 있는 방범환경 설계의 실태 파악과 방범환경설계가 생활안전의식에 대한 조사를 하기 위해 방범환경설계의 요소가 적용되고 있는 지역에 대하여 분석해 보고자 하였다. 분석을 통해 집단 간 유의한 의식차이가 밝혀질 경우 이는 방범환경설계의 적용수준이 가져온 조절효과를 의미한다고 볼 수있다. 이를 통해 범죄예방 조치를 강화할 수 있는 후속 연구가 가능할것이라는 판단을 하였다.
이상의 가정 하에 적합한 연구모형과 설문지 및 필드 리서치 도구를 구성하였다. 이상의 연구결과와 절차를 통해 나타난 결과 방범환경설계의 만족도에 대한 인식은 방범환경설계의 적용 수준 집단별로 유의미한 차이가 있으며, 모든 차원에서 1ㆍ2차 적용집단인 H집단에서 높게 나타났다. 범죄피해 경험 정도는 2차 적용집단인 L집단에서 높으며, 범죄피해 경험 정도가 방범환경설계의 중요도에 미치는 영향관계 역시 이들 집단에서 높게 나타났다. 방범환경설계의 적용수준 집단별 만족도가 생활안전의식에 미치는 영향은 뉴타운 지역인 H집단에서 높게 나타났다. 이는 향후 주택건설에 적용할 때, 본연구의 결과가 의미 있는 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.
학문적인 의의를 찾는다면 방범환경설계의 구성 차원에 대한 측정변수들을 도출하고, 요인 분석과 신뢰성 분석을 통해 적합성을 검증함으로써 방범환경설계의 구성차원과 측정변수들을 일반화할 수 있는 토대를 제공했다는 점일 것이다.
이는 기존 연구들에서 다루지 않았던 새로운 영역이라는 측면에서 학문적 가치가 있다. 또한 연구의 결과가 앞으로 국내에서 방범환경설계에 대한 심도 있는 후속 연구의 발판을 제공했다는 측면에서 의미를 찾을 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) was to analyze the impact on public safety consciousness. CPTED is applied to the country, the future redevelopment district will also be introduced is the trend. Current is applied to determine the actual state of CPTED and its impact on public safety consciousness and CPTED element is applied to investigate a local reporter about was analyzed.
As a point of study, researchers demonstrated how to include field research in the resident population in terms of rooms and the survey was parallel. Case studies will be redevelopment of the Newtown area and region, as well as existing co-housing was also included. In the survey area and the redevelopment of Newtown will be narrowed down to earth and looked at the differences between the two regions.
Analysis between the groups revealed no significant difference if the public safety consciousness applied to mean levels obtained from the control effect can be seen. This crime prevention measures to strengthen the follow-up study were to determine that would be available. Or the assumption of appropriate research models and field surveys and research tools were configured.
