음악과 교육과정의 국악 내용 비교 분석 및 개선 방안 : 2009와 2015 개정 음악과 공통 교육 과정을 중심으로|RISS 상세보기

As 2015 Revised Music Curriculum was announced, Its interest has been increased how much changed. This study compared and analyzed Gugak contents between 2009 Revised Music Curriculum and 2015 Revised Music Curriculum, and then looked through problems and trends of Gugak education and suggested some improvements based on the comparison and analysis.
The details of Gugak specified systematically in 2009 Revised Music Curriculum have been erased considerably in 2015 Revised Music Curriculum. In addition, contents of Gugak were described in universal terms not in Gugak its own terms. 2015 Revised Music Curriculum shows that Gugak education is just regarded as one part of music education and generalizes without considering its uniqueness. However it provides sufficiently an opportunity to choose contents and learning activities associated with Gugak education. On the other hand, It is appeared that the curriculum emphasizes Gugak education in the Familiarization area compared to previous music curriculum.
Compared with 2009 Revised Music Curriculum, 2015 Revised Music Curriculum has three problems. First, losing criterion to select and systematize teaching contents of Gugak because of reducing Gugak contents. Second, distorting contents and teaching-learning methods of Gugak because of generalizing contents. Third, having many duplicate contents and being insufficient teaching-learning methods of Gugak. The improvements for solving this problems are to integrate and to supplement teaching-learning methods of Gugak, to provide a commentary in the table with elements and concept of music, to present systematically details of Gugak in the part of achievement standards explanation and to come up with application plan of Music Curriculum for Gugak education.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 현행 2009와 차기 2015 개정 음악과 공통 교육과정의 국악 관련 내용을 비교 분석함으로써 음악과 교육과정에 나타난 국악 교육 제시 경향과 문제점을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 개선 방안을 제안하는데 있다.
2009와 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정의 국악 내용을 비교 분석한 결과, 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정에서 국악에만 해당하는 내용이 상당히 삭제되었고, 국악 특유의 용어보다 보편적인 용어를 중심으로 기술되었다. 이를 통해 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정의 국악 교육은 보편적인 음악 교육 안에 포함시켰고, 국악 내용과 활동 선택의 자유를 제공하여 다양한 교재 개발을 유도하려는 경향을 알 수 있었다. 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정에 나타난 국악 교육의 문제점은 국악 내용의 축소로 인해 국악 지도 내용 선정이나 체계화를 위한 기준 수립이 어려워지고, 내용을 보편적으로 제시함으로써 국악의 내용이나 교수․학습 방법이 왜곡될 수 있다는 점, 교수․학습 방법에서 중복되는 내용이 많고 실질적인 국악 교수․학습 관련 내용이 미흡하다는 점 등이었다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 개선 방안으로 교수․학습 방법의 보완 및 통합적 제시, 음악 요소와 개념 체계에 대한 해설 제공, 성취기준 해설의 국악 관련 내용 구체화, 교육과정의 국악 내용 구현을 위한 방안 마련 등을 제안하였다.
