빈민집단의 빈곤상황과 사회적 배제의 차이 - 성-노동경험을 기준으로 = An Empirical Study on Relationship between Poverty and Social Exclusion on the Poor's Groups : Classified with Gender-work Experience

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the relationship between poverty and social exclusion on the poor's groups. For this analysis, we have to separate the poor's groups by gender state and work income existence. By this separate method, we had six sub-groups; purely non-working men poor(G1), purely non-working women poor(G2), men poor who have work experience(G3), women poor who have work experience(G4), the purely men working poor(G5), the purely men working poor(G6). In this study, we used divere statistical methods; descriptive analysis, One-Way ANOVA, Life-Table Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis(stepwise)
Through the analysis, we had follwing results: ① In the period and spell of poverty, G4, G2, and G3 are longer than other groups. ② In experience of social exclusion, G4 have experience more than the rest groups. ③ The rate of poverty escape and the period and spell of poverty are affected by ocial exclusion which the Poor's groups had have experience.
This study's conclusion is that we have to tackling social exclusion for the understanding and solving poverty. The poor's problems could not sufficiently resolve through only the income maintenance policy or all sorts of job re-training programs based on the human capital theory.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

노동을 함에도 불구하고 가난을 면하지 못하는 사람들이 증가하고 있다. 복지감축과 노동유인이라는 목적을 가지고, 소득재분배와 지출 중심의 복지국가를 대신하여 생산 중심의 노동국가로의 변화를 추구하고 있는 와중에, 이러한 노동빈민의 증가와 여성의 빈곤심화는 생산주의적 노동국가의 결함을 보여주는 중요한 증거이다. 본 연구에서는 이 결함은 빈곤을 소득의 부족으로 이해하는 단선론적 견해를 유지함으로써 발생하는 것으로 보고, 빈곤의 이해를 다면적이고 포괄적으로 이해하기 위한 개념적 틀로 사회적 배제론의 유용성을 설명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1차에서 6차 한국노동패널데이터를 이용하여 사회적 배제 지표를 구성하고, 빈곤집단을 성과 노동경험을 기준으로 세분화하여 빈곤과 사회적 배제의 관련성을 실증적으로 분석하였으며, 그 결과 각 빈민집단이 경험하는 사회적 배제는 빈곤에 주요한 영향력을 행사하고 있었다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 사용한 주요 분석기법은 일원배치분산분석과 비모수생존분석(생명표분석), 다중회귀분석이었다.
