중등학교 교사의 교사효능감, 심리적 소진 및 직무만족도 관계: 교사정서의 조절된 매개효과 = The Relation among Teacher Efficacy, Burnout, and Job Satisfaction of Secondary School Teachers: Moderated Mediation of Teacher Emotions

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중등학교 교사의 교사효능감, 심리적 소진 및 직무만족도의 관계와 더불어 교사정서의 조절된 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 G도에 속한 중등학교 교사 556명을 연구대상으로 하였으며 이 중에서 중학교 교사는 145명, 고등학교 교사는 411명이다. 측정도구는 중등학교 교사용 교사정서, 교사효능감, 교사소진, 직무만족도 척도이다. 연구결과 중등학교 교사의 교사효능감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 소진의 부분매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 중등학교 교사의 교사효능감이 심리적 소진을 매개로 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 교사정서의 조절된 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 교사효능감과 심리적 소진의 관계에서는 교사정서의 조절효과가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 심리적 소진이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 즐거움, 자부심의 정적정서와 불안감, 지루함의 부적정서는 조절효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 교사정서가 중등학교 교사의 교사효능감, 심리적 소진 및 직무만족도에서 어떠한 역할을 하는가를 구체적으로 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다고 본다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로 중등학교 교사의 직무와 관련하여 교사정서가 어떠한 역할을 하는가에 관한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relation among teacher efficacy, psychological burnout, and job satisfaction of secondary school teachers, as well as the moderated mediation effect of teacher emotions. To achieve this purpose 556 secondary school teachers in G province were sampled with 145 middle school and 411 high school teachers. The instruments used in the study were teacher emotions for secondary school teachers, teacher efficacy, teacher burnout, and job satisfaction. In the result, partial mediating effect of psychological burnout was found on the relation between teacher efficacy and job satisfaction of secondary school teachers. There was no moderating effect of teacher emotions on the relation between teacher efficacy and psychological burnout. However, it was found that positive emotions like joy and pride and negative emotions like anxiety and anger had different moderating effects. The result of this study was meaningful in that it examined the moderating effect of teacher emotions on the relation among teacher efficacy, psychological burnout, and job satisfaction of secondary school teachers. Based on the study, there is expected that more researches should be done about what roles of teacher emotions have in relation to the teaching of secondary school teachers.
