논리모형을 통한 현장중심 직업교육 프로그램의 분석 = The Analysis of the Logic Model of Field-centered Vocational Education Program

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학령기 장애학생들의 성공적인 전환을 촉진하기 위해 실시된 현장중심 직업교육 프로그램을 논리모형을 통해 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 논리모형과 전환교육에 대한 문헌연구, 그리고 프로그램 관계자들과의 인터뷰를 바탕으로 프로그램 분석모형을 구축하고, 전문가 그룹 회의를 통해 현장중심 직업교육 프로그램을 분석하였다. 논리모형에 근거하여 프로그램 과정을 분석한 결과 현장중심의 전환교육이 이루어지기 위해 필요한 투입, 활동, 산출 요소들이 어떠한 논리적 인과관계를 나타내는지 식별할 수 있었다. 프로그램의 성과로는 단기적으로 프로그램에 참여한 장애학생들의 직업적응능력이 통계적으로 유의미한 변화를 가져왔으며, 장기적으로 직업을 통한 사회통합과 자아실현을 가져올 것으로 예상이 되었다. 또한 지역사회 차원에서는 사회문제에 대한 공동의 대응이라는 성과를 나타내었으며, 향후 장애인식개선과 사회경제적 편익의 증가가 예상되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to investigate results of Field-centered Vocational Education Program using a logic model in order to promote transition of students with disabilities. The author explored the logic model and the transition education to current research knowledge. And analyzed the field-centered vocational education program used for expert groups to collect data. The results of this study are as follows. The vocational adjustment competency of students with disabilities are increase than before this program operation. Also expected social integration and self-fulfillment through work life. In the community level, this program has outcomes that collaboration of the community social problems, and forecast the cognition improvement of the disability, benefits of social economic. Meanwhile, logic model has been verified a useful tool to design and evaluation of program process. And this model has expected that it will build up capability of staff and contribute social program advance in practice field.
