학교관리자 안전교육의 만족도가 전이의도에 미치는 영향요인 연구 - 학교안전 인식의 매개효과 분석을 중심으로- = Study on the Factors Influencing School Administrators’ Safety Education Satisfaction on Transition Intention: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of School Safety Awareness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학교 안전관리자의 인식이 학교안전의 전이의도에 미치는 영향요인과 매개효과를 분석하여 학교 안전교육 프로그램의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 결과를 종합해보면, 전이의도에 가장 영향력이 있는 변수로는내용만족도로 나타났다. 그 다음으로 강사만족도, 환경에 대한 만족도 순으로 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 교육방법에 대한 만족도는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 학교 안전교육에 대한 일반적인식은 학교관리자 안전교육의 만족도와 학교안전 전이의도의 관계의 매개효과가 존재한 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper proposes improvement measures of a school safety education program by analyzing the factors affecting thecognition of school safety on the school safety transfer intention and their mediating effects. In summary, the satisfactionwith the contents was represented as a variable with the greatest influence on the transfer intention followed in order bysatisfaction with the instructor and satisfaction with the environment. On the other hand, satisfaction with the teachingmethod was not significant. In addition, the general cognition on school safety education showed that it has mediatingeffects on the relationship between the satisfaction with the school administrator safety education and the school safetytransfer intention.
