보육교사 자격강화에 따른 전문대학교 사회복지과 교육과정개편을 위한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study started due to systemize the junior college curriculum for the department of social work and aims to formulate and department of social work of the academic identity as a way to continue, according to the characteristics of curriculum model for the department of social work. And they were analyzed compared for each course taken from December 2011 to February 2012 registered as a membership in the Korea College for University College Education of Social Work course examines established targets.As a result, we recommend to completed based on social work as a major, and preparedness is required a new college curriculum for students who would like to get qualified child care teacher which is a tendency to strengthen. Solutions to the social worker qualifications and other qualifications to undertake electives credits for the excess is a way to substitute or Studies seasonal program, through coordination with the department may take over. If you do not choose a major child care teacher course and other major health family to open up a selection of students will be able to widen.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 급변하는 환경변화에 따른 전문대학교내 사회복지과 교육과정의 변화를 체계화하고, 사회복지과의 학문적 정체성을 지속하기 위한 방안으로 시작되었으며, 사회복지과 특성에 맞는 교육과정 모델을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 2011년 12월부터 2012년 2월까지 한국전문대학교교육협의회에 정회원으로 등록된 수도권 사회복지과를 대상으로 개설된 교육과정을 살펴보고, 각 전공별 이수과목을 비교분석하였다. 연구결과, 사회복지과 재학생으로 하여금 사회복지 전공을 기본으로 이수하도록 하고, 보육교사 등 다른 자격을 취득할 경우, 자격을 취득하기 위한 이수학점이 강화되는 경향이므로 이에 대한 대비책이 요구된다. 해결방안으로 사회복지자격과정만을 개설하여 운영하는 방법이다. 혹은 초과학점을 교양과목으로 대체하거나 계절학기, 보육과정이 개설된 학과와의 협조를 통하여 대신할 수도 있다. 보육전공을 선택하지 않는 경우 건강가정사 등 다른 전공을 개설하여 학생들로 하여금 선택의 폭을 넓힐 수 있을 것이다.
