Managing healthcare processes in hospitals are very important. To effectively manage their processes, hospitals have introduced several information systems. Such systems store handful of information related to process executions. Based on the data, several studies have tried to improve healthcare processes by extracting optimal clinical process, decreasing waiting time and so on. In this paper, process mining is used to analyze hospital processes. Process mining aims to extract the useful knowledge from transaction logs recorded in information systems. This paper focuses on the pattern analysis. From an entire business process perspective, we propose a way to improve quality of services by eliciting process and patterns related to payment and conducting performance measurement analysis. In addition, we demonstrate a real case study to validate our approach.
