청소년의 자아분화와 대인관계 및 우울/불안 간의 관계 = 자기통제력의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 청소년의 자아분화가 자기통제력, 우울/불안 및 대인관계 문제와 어떤 관련성이 있는가를 확인하고, 청소년의 자아분화와 우울/불안 그리고 자아분화와 대인관계 문제와의 관계에서 자기통제력이 매개역할을 하는지를 경남 창원 및 마산, 김해시 소재 고등학교에 재학 중인 5개 학교 25개 학급 남녀 705명을 대상으로 하여 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 청소년의 자기 통제력은 우울/불안 및 대인관계 문제 수준을 떨어뜨리는 효과가 있으며, 자아분화와 자기통제력 중에서는 자아분화가 더 강력한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 청소년의 자아분화와 우울/불안 수준과의 관계에서 자기통제력의 매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 청소년의 자아분화수준이 자기통제력, 우울/불안 및 대인관계문제 수준에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였으며, 자아분화와 우울/불안과의 관계에서 자기 통제력이 매개역할을 한다는 것을 밝혔다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the relationships between adolescents' self-differentiation, self-control abilities, interpersonal problems and depression/anxiety levels. It also examined the mediating role of self-control abilities in the relationship between self-differentiation, interpersonal problems and depression/anxiety levels in adolescence. The data were drawn from 705 adolescents in 5 high schools in Kyungnam Province. The self-control ability of the adolescents we examined had negative influences on their interpersonal problems and depression/anxiety levels. Adolescents' self-differentiation had an influences on interpersonal problems and depression/anxiety levels to a greater degree than self-control abilities. The self-control ability of adolescents mediates the relationship of self-differentiation to depression/anxiety levels. The self-differentiation in the adolescents we examined was a significant predictor of self-control abilities, interpersonal problems and depression/anxiety levels. Understanding the mediating role of the self-control ability has important implications for adolescent counseling practice for.
