표준화환자의 간호시뮬레이션 교육 경험

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호시뮬레이션 교육에 참여하는 표준화환자들의 경험을 탐색하기 위해 근거이론 방법을 적용하여 경험의 본질과 관련변수를 도출하여 각 개념간의 관계를 확인하기 위해 시행하였다.
간호시뮬레이션 교육에 참여한 표준화환자 중 참여 시기와 횟수를 고려하여 선정한 12명의 표준화환자를 6명씩 두 개 그룹으로 나누어 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 시행하였다. 녹음된 인터뷰 자료를 전사한 후 현장 노트 자료와 함께 Strauss와 Corbin의 근거이론을 기반으로 하여 자료를 분석하고 질적 연구의 전문가 2인에게 검토를 거쳐 범주를 도출하였다.
질적 분석을 통해 97개의 개념과 31개의 하위 범주, 18개의 범주가 도출되었으며 각 개념과 범주들 간의 관계를 기반으로 선택코딩을 통해 도출된 핵심범주는 ‘자긍심으로 정체성 찾아나가기’였다.
본 연구를 통하여 표준화환자의 간호시뮬레이션 교육 경험이 표준화환자에게 미치는 영향과 표준화환자가 겪는 갈등에 대해 확인함으로써 갈등의 본질적 해결을 위해 표준화환자와 교수, 그리고 학생 및 직원에 대한 교육을 제시하였다. 또한 제반 시설 확충을 위해 학교의 노력이 필요하며 시뮬레이션이 끝난 후 표준화환자의 경험에 대해 듣는 과정을 추가할 것을 제안하였다. 앞으로 다양한 표준화환자의 경험 확인을 통해 설득력 있는 실체 이론을 개발하는 것이 필요하며 표준화환자를 위한 정책 및 방안을 적용하여 적절성과 효과를 확인해 볼 것을 기대한다.

This study was carried to explore experiences of standardized patients who participated in nursing simulation education, and to confirm relationships between each concept by applying grounded theory method.
Out of standardized patients participating in nursing simulation education, 12 standardized patients were divided into 2 groups composed of 6 persons respectively in consideration of participation time and number in order to have focus group interview. After transcribing the recorded interview data, the data was analyzed on the basis of grounded theory of Strauss and Corbin with field note. Then, they were reviewed by 2 experts of qualitative study to draw category.
Through qualitative analysis, 97 concepts, 31 sub categories & 18 categories were drawn. Based on the relation between each concept and category, the core category drawn through selection coding was 'finding identity with self-esteem.’
By confirming the influence that standardized patients' experience in nursing simulation education has on the standardized patients and the confusion & conflict of identity suffered by standardized patients through this study, the education for standardized patients, professors, students & faculty was presented to essentially solve confusion and conflict. Further, the school should strive to expand overall facilities. Standardized patients are suggested adding the process of feedback on simulation experience after simulation.
Persuasive actual theory needs to be developed later by confirming experience of diverse standardized patients. It is expected that propriety and effect be confirmed by applying policy and method for standardized patient.
