자전거도로 투자 우선순위 평가방안 = 오산시 사례를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study evaluated the investment value of bicycle roads that were being planned or constructed by a local government through how well reflected user’s behavior and geographical and environmental factors were from the social paradigm of green growth.
The network of a arterial bicycle road that was suggested by ‘the plan of bicycle road network in Osan city’was selected as the site for this study.
As a result of analysis, the bicycle road constructed in Jungang-daero road was evaluated as the highest investment priority and verified as the strategic route to activate bicycle roads. The evaluation factors which seriously influenced these results are as follows. The factor in safety cluster is continuity of the road network, the factor in accessibility cluster is a simple entry and exit road, the factor in convenience cluster is a low slope and the factor in flexibility cluster is an attractive landscape of road.
A great significance of this study is to suggest political and operational standards which is able to evaluate the resonable investment value of bicycle roads.
