골프지도자의 역할지각이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = Influence of Golf Instructors' Role Recognition on their Satisfaction with their Duties

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to find out how the role recognition of golf instructors influences on their satisfaction with their duties. In other words, it identified the casual sequence between the independent variable as their role recognition and subordinate variable as their job satisfaction.
Subjects of this study consist of a golf instructor group from indoor/outdoor golf training centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi province and the 192 subjects were surveyed by stratified cluster random sampling. The reliability of the sampling were verified by means of Cronbach's α method. In the result, role conflict indicated .8884, role ambiguousness .8054, overburdened role .8054, duty itself/remunerations .8711 and colleagues/working environment .7853, which represents some high inner consistency. For this study, we used SPSS 11.o software program and frequency analysis, cause analysis, correlations analysis and regression analysis for the statistic data analysis methods.
Firstly, the role recognition had statistic significant effects on the duty itself/remunerations, taking up 70.5 % of the entire variable quantity in its explaining of the duty itself/remunerations.
Secondly, role recognition had significant statistic influences on the colleagues/working environment and makes up 68.9% of the entire variable quantity in its explaining of this same category.
