This study is a first step to reduce the surge pressure and it has an one purpose. The purpose is that developing an analysis model which can closely analyze the hydraulic circuit and be used in design. For development of analysis model, SimulationX is used which is one of commercial program. The study progress methods is as follows. By analyzing the structure and operation mechanism of each part constituting hydraulic system of the pump truck and refering it’s parameters, develop of the single component model. Assemble the developed single component model and make up overall analysis model. By comparing how much developed model is simmilar with actual system’s test results, gain reliability of analysis model.
