都市近郊地域에 있어서 農地轉用에 따른 環境問題에 關한 硏究 = A Study on the Diversion of Agricultural Land and the Environmental problems in Rural Regions Around Cities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this paper, I analyzed not only the situation of the on-going diversion of the agricultural land but also the limitation of the nation's land-use program to understand the life-style, the agricultural management and the environmental problems in the case of land diversion of the semi-agriculture and forest areas near the suburban area. Upon this analysis, I also investigated the consciousness of residents with regard to the surrounding environment.
The findings of this paper were summarized as follows:
1. Although there was the continuing complement to the semi-agriculture and forest land with the recognition of the problem, there still exists the long-term problem because there are no concerns with the factory and other residential facilities.
2. Usually, the development of factories concentrates near the roads and cities, and the agricultural land diversion for the residential and commercial facilities are taking place near the coastal areas. And it is necessary to rectify the present situation.
3. Many a people consider the regional development undesirable, because this development causes the social, economic and environmental problems.
4. Most people recognize the problem of the current development method. They wish that existing factories and the new facilities will be regulated for the environmental pollution, be well-planned and more harmonious with the environment.
Therefore, with the introduction of urban planning, the developmental method of the agricultural area near the cities needs to plan the development-possible area and facility lot after considering the environmental pollution and the local situation. And, there must be an evaluation of the plan participated by the most residents before the decision of sites for the production use. It is also necessary for us to develop a measure regarding the environment.
