대학원생 직업적성 평가도구 개발 및 타당화 = Development and Validation of the Job Aptitude Scale for Graduate Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate an evaluation tool that measures the job aptitude of graduate students. To this end, preliminary questions were developed by synthesizing the concept of job aptitude, existing measurement tools, and the results of previous studies, and the preliminary questions were confirmed by consulting career experts and professors. The study subjects consisting of only graduate students were 1356 in the first survey and 947 in the second survey. Through two surveys, exploratory factor analysis was conducted in the first time to determine the factors of the evaluation tool, and in the second time, the validity of the factors determined through confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis was verified. As a result of the study, first, there were nine factors suitable for measuring the job aptitude of graduate students, and second, convergence validity and discrimination validity, which are recognized validity of the job aptitude evaluation tool, were secured through correlation analysis with sub󰠏variables of career flexibility. Based on these results, the limitations and significance of the study were also discussed.
