기억의 복원과 역사 서술의 현재화 -2000년대 장편소설을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

80년대와 90년대의 역사적 사건을 배경으로 한 장편소설들을 살펴보았다. 이들 소설을 두 분류로 크게 나눠 보면 5.18 광주 항쟁을 배경으로 한 소설과 이후 군부 독재와 운동권의 지난한 노력을 다루고 있는 작품으로 나눠 볼 수 있다. 5.18 광주를 배경으로 한 소설들은 회상과 비장한 정조에서 벗어나 반성적 성찰을 통한 거리두기를 하고 있으며 민주화 투쟁과 이후의 역사를 다룬 소설들은 청년 세대의 민주주의에 대한 철학적 성찰과 실천 간의 간극과 괴리를 사실적으로 묘사하여 당대 청년들의 고민을 깊이 있게 다루고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

I looked at novels based on the historical events of the 1980s and 1990s. If you divide these novels into two categories, you can divide them into works based on the May 18th Gwangju Democratization Movement and the story of the Student Movement. A novel based on the May 18th Gwangju Democratization Movement reflects on the distance through reflection. A novel based on the student movement deals with the anxieties of young people.
