This article addressed the opportunities of eco-trails in the “experience economy” Experience domains in eco-trails encompass not only entertainment and education, but also esthetic and escapist experiences. The purpose of this study was to apply that the experience Economy could be a useful interpretive planning tool, proposing with the interpretive model and the experienced interpretive service. And, the experience economy was an easily-applied technique developed in interpretive service field to develope different interpretive strategy and contents. Appling experience economy in this study, an example for the interpretive planning strategy of eco-trail was developed. Further research should be performed to develop a management guideline for the eco-trail’s interpretation based on visitors’ empirical study results.
