교사용 유아 창의성 평정척도 개발 = A Study on the Teacher's Creativity Scalefor Young Children

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable creativity rating scale for young children.
The results of this were as follows:
First, the scale consisted for 33 items in 5 factors. As the result of t-test, between the higher 27.6% and lower 27.6% for rating scale score, the all items were significantly discriminated.
Second, as the result of validity for the scale, 5 factors of 33 items explained 71.78%. and its positive relationship with Torrance Tests of Creativity Thinking(TTCT) and expert's rating of children's works. As the result of reliability of the scale, internal consistency reliability was .96 in the total scale.
The conclusion, this teacher's rating scale for young children turns out to have the validity and reliability to measure creativity level.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 창의성을 교사의 평정에 의해 측정할 수 있는 창의성 평정척도를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 창의성과 관련된 문헌 및 교사의 암묵적 지식을 토대로 문항을 구성하고 1차 예비 연구를 통하여 5개 요인의 43문항으로 시안을 구성하였으며 본 연구 결과 교사용 유아 창의성 평정척도는 5개 요인의 33문항으로 구성되었다. 연구 결과 본 연구에서 개발된 교사용 유아 창의성 평정척도의 문항양호도인 문항반응분포와 문항변별도, 척도의 구인타당도와 공인타당도, 척도의 신뢰도인 문항내적합치도가 적절한 것으로 나타났다.
